How will the land rent be calculated while construction is in progress?

The Management Company together with the Resident shall determine the land plot within the territory of the SEZ for the placement of production, depending on the available infrastructure and the established sanitary protection zones.

How much does it cost to rent?

The rent of the land plot is 2 percent of their cadastral value per year, with a coefficient depending on the amount of capital investment:

  • for capital investments of at least 120 million ₽ — 0,9;
  • with a capital investment of at least 240 million ₽ — 0,7;
  • with a capital investment of at least 360 million ₽ — 0,5.
