More than 150 more new jobs are planned to be created.

In the capital of the Kama Region a meeting of the working group on the assessment of passports and financial models of investment projects of potential residents of the Special Economic Zone “Perm” took place. Three new applications of the potential residents of the SEZ were considered: LLC “Technology of Composites”, LLC “Bio Parma Tech” and LLC “Perm Industrial Park”, as well as the application for the adjustment of the passport and financial model of the investment project of the acting resident of the Special Economic Zone - LLC “Osentsovsky Steel Rolling Plant”, reported in the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade.

On October 3-4, General Director Ilya Shulkin and Deputy General Director Denis Bolkhovskikh visited the International Forum of Special Economic Zones - 2024, which was held on the basis of the special economic zone of technology-innovative type “Dubna”.

Resident of SEZ “Perm” - Osentsovskiy Steel Rolling Plant became the first resident to receive a construction permit and is already starting construction of the first stage of Osentsovskiy Steel Rolling Plant on our territory!

The purpose of creating an SEZ in Permskoye is to bring together large investors on a single site for the construction of new industrial facilities. The territory was granted SEZ status in 2022 for 49 years.

The first building - the SEZ construction headquarters - was commissioned on the territory of the Perm Special Economic Zone of Industrial Production Type. A regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Perm Krai was held there.

The government's decision to establish stricter requirements for investment projects implemented by residents of special economic zones has come into force. This decision was taken in order to improve the efficiency of SEZ functioning and attract better quality investments.
