Resident of SEZ “Perm” - Osentsovskiy Steel Rolling Plant became the first resident to receive a construction permit and is already starting construction of the first stage of Osentsovskiy Steel Rolling Plant on our territory!

The purpose of creating an SEZ in Permskoye is to bring together large investors on a single site for the construction of new industrial facilities. The territory was granted SEZ status in 2022 for 49 years.

The first building - the SEZ construction headquarters - was commissioned on the territory of the Perm Special Economic Zone of Industrial Production Type. A regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Perm Krai was held there.

The government's decision to establish stricter requirements for investment projects implemented by residents of special economic zones has come into force. This decision was taken in order to improve the efficiency of SEZ functioning and attract better quality investments.

It is dedicated to the region's contribution to strengthening the country's defense capability and the involvement of the Kama region residents in supporting the special operation fighters.

07.02.2024 Joint-Stock Company "Management Company of Industrial (Industrial) Parks of Perm Krai" summed up the results of selection of credit organizations for placement of temporarily free funds of Joint-Stock Company "Management Company of Industrial (Industrial) Parks of Perm Krai" on deposits.

Participant number 3 (Sovcombank PJSC) was recognized as the winner of the selection.
