On December 20, 2022, a quadripartite agreement was signed in Perm between the Government of Perm Krai, JSC Managing Company SEZ Perm, Sverdlovsk Railways and JSC LUKOIL-PNOS on the development of transportation infrastructure in the Osentsovsky industrial area.
As part of the agreement, the parties agreed, among other things, to build railroad tracks for the Special Economic Zone of the Industrial Production Type «Perm». This will provide the necessary capacity for the transshipment of cargo and increase the attractiveness of the SEZ for future residents.
