A group of cadastral engineers began to carry out work on the allocation of land plots for our first residents. In the presence of representatives of JSC "UEC-Perm Motors", LLC "Osentsovsky Steel Rolling Plant" and LLC "Forplast" cadastral specialists carried out a number of activities to establish the boundaries of land plots for future enterprises of our residents.
Among the residents of SEZ "Perm" who have received the status of residents:
- JSC UEC-Perm Motors plans to locate its production complex for mass production of aircraft engines PD-8, PD-14, PS-90A on the territory of 32,7 hectares.
- LLC "Osentsovsky Steel-Rolling Plant" intends to build a steel plant for the production of long products. The area of the land plot will be 8.8 ha.
- LLC "Forplast" plans to establish its production of polyethylene waxes, as well as the production of micronized and oxidized waxes and wax emulsions on a total area of 2 hectares.
- LLC "STELLA PERMM - Plastic Products Plant" intends to launch the production of high-quality and environmentally friendly PVC products for interior finishing, namely wall and ceiling panels, linings, profiles, corners, skirting boards, etc. The company will be given a plot of land with a total area of 2 hectares.
