Technical conditions for connection to utility networks are issued by the management company.
The issues of construction permits, commissioning and state expertise are handled by the relevant agencies.
What infrastructure is planned on the territory of the SEZ?
On the territory of the SEZ «Perm» will be built such infrastructure as:
- electricity,
- gas,
- water supply,
- drainage,
- storm drainage of the telecommunications network,
- roads and pedestrian paths.
In what time frame will the supply of communications (electricity, gas, water, wastewater, storm drainage) to the land and the construction of roads be implemented?
During the construction period, temporary passages will be created and temporary technical connections will be made. By the end of the IV quarter of 2025, permanent passages will be constructed and permanent technical connections will be made.
